When you purchase a service through our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect certain personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

SECTION 9 - CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Consultation times are subject to change or cancellation for the following reasons:
- Unforeseen illness; and
- Personal matters.
In this case a new appointment date will be agreed upon. The maximum number of cancellations, therefore rescheduled appointments, is 3 (three).
Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail and must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
No refunds are available for this service.
